The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and develop relationships with clients operating across the AI and Data markets.
• Source and engage exceptional talent across Data Science, AI Engineering, Machine Learning and Analytics.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and client engagement through to offer management and placement.
• Develop into a market specialist and trusted advisor within your chosen niche.
• Play an important role in the continued growth of the business both in Europe and internationally.

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced Recruiters

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within technology, data, AI or another specialist market.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience in business development.
• A driven and entrepreneurial mindset.

Graduates

• Degree educated with strong communication skills and a desire to build a successful career in recruitment.
• Competitive, ambitious and motivated by progression and earning potential.
• Commercially minded with confidence in building relationships and speaking with senior professionals.
