What you will be doing: Recruitment Consultant
- Research and learn industry trends
- Become an expert in the Financial Services space
- Network and headhunt top talent
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Negotiate contracts and offers
About you: Recruitment Consultant
- Degree-educated with a grade of 2:1 and above (subject doesn’t matter)
- Consistent work experience
- Personal and professional achievements, such as sports or awards
- Money-motivated and goal-orientated
- Energetic and friendly – being able to build rapport is so important!
- Resilient and ambitious mindset
