Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
Our clients aim is to become the number one International recruitment firm within the tech space. They are looking for their next 5 ambitious superstars to join their team to eventually grow out their own division of the business. Heading up the most buoyant market within the tech space there is plenty of room for growth in this business as big as they are already at 100 heads.
They are looking to expand out into the US market with double fees and double salaries in the next year meaning anyone who joins now will have the opportunity to move out to the US, with them funding visa’s and handling the whole process.
You will get direct support from the founder of the business from day 1 with him personally running the training sessions, with more than 20 years’ experience in the tech space there’s no one better to learn off from day 1!

- Competitive Base Salary of £25k (goes up to £28k after 3 months)
- Uncapped commission structure (one consultant in a year in has earnt £40k in commission)

Day to day of a Recruitment Consultant:
- Sourcing talent via networking, headhunting and more
- Initiating business development calls to bring in clients
- Build out a presence within your field
- Negotiating terms of business and outcomes for candidates and clients
- Become an expert in the field of Financial Services
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- Attending network events
