What the role involves – Recruitment Consultant
- Writing job adverts for our various clients
- Initial screening calls with candidates and assessing their suitability for our roles
- Conducting video interviews with potential candidates
- Pitching the business to high end clients
- Leading client calls and finding out about their hiring requirements
- Once promoted, helping to train new Resourcers
- Being a team player and willing to go the extra mile for a colleague!
