The Role – Recruitment Consultant:
- Aiding to generate and develop new business
- Develop and maintain accounts and existing client relationships
- Screen candidates and asses suitability for positions
- Attend client meetings
- Develop leads from your network
- Maintain a positive attitude, and always be willing to take one for the team!
The Requirements – Recruitment Consultant:
- Degree in any discipline OR sales experience
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Commercial awareness
- Desire to have a successful career!
