The role: Recruitment Consultant
Our client needs 4 Junior Consultants to join their Sustainability practice. Their aim is to create lasting relationships with their clients, and candidates. This business invests in their community with their market-leading sustainability team, and plants a tree for every candidate they place.
You will be: Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing new talent
- Regenerating lapsed candidate relationships
- Building relationships with new clients
- Business development
- Attending network events
- Managing the candidate through the interview process
- Developing job leads from your candidate network
Competencies and skills needed: Recruitment Consultant
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Minimum of a 2:2 in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-player and able to maximise opportunities across desks within the team
- Fast-paced and used to operating with a sense of urgency
- Good attention to detail
