The company – Recruitment Consultant

We are representing a start-up based in the city of London, who is looking for 3 experienced salespeople to come on board. The business is a Technology Recruitment agency, looking to grow out a team in DevOps, Data and Analytics, and Cyber Security. This business is planning to grow to 25 heads by the end of 2024.

They are looking for people to come on board with the aim of becoming the future leaders of the company, and eventually grow out their own division in the USA, Amsterdam, Dubai, Germany or Singapore.

Recruitment Consultancy is a form of sales, it is a target driven client facing role, that will allow you to use all of your skills developed from a sales position, however, there is one key difference… the commission structure! Recruiters typically take home anywhere from 10K – 20K within their first year in industry, and these earnings will increase year on year.

• Competitive base salary depending on experience (25K – 30K)
• Market-leading commission structure up to 40% (with an average deal size of 10K that means you could be making 4K in commission per month per deal!)

The role involves – Recruitment Consultant

• Creating lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
• Conducting business development in order to expand the client base
• Headhunting passive candidates
• Holding regular networking events like tech meet-ups
• Managing relationships between clients and candidates

 Requirements 

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales position such as B2B Sales, Car Sales, Fundraising, Door to Door Sales, or any other applicable experience
• Clear drive to succeed
• Ambition
• Financial motivation
