- Base salary 25 – 32K (DOE)
- Commission structure rising to 45% – meaning you could be taking home up to 60k in your first year!

The Role – Recruitment Consultant
- Get stuck into business development and use your experience to build strong relationships
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent candidate and client experience
- Run the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Generate leads for new business
- Represent the company brand
- Headhunting and qualifying candidates
- Managing the whole candidate journey from initial call to offer stages
- Network building
What they are looking for – Recruitment Consultant
- 12 months plus sales experience (B2B, D2D, B2C, field sales, car sales, or any other related experience)
- Financial drive
- Good business development skills
- Fluent English
- Fantastic oral and written communication skills
- Ambitious personality and passion for success
