The Company – Recruitment Consultant
This firm are specialists within the legal field. They have teams dedicated to Partners, Associates, Financial Services, and Industry & Commerce. You will join the team and separate your time between the FS and I&C teams. This offers you huge breadth in the clients you will work alongside.
You’ll also have the support from both team leads, as well as 5 other established consultants. The training programme spans across 3-months and is inclusive of 1-1 mentoring, attending networking events, and learning on the job.
All consultants have hit the ground running when joining at junior level and gone on to earn at least £40k in their first year, with top performers taking home £60k+. You’ll also have the chance to progress into a team leader position within 3 years and grow out your own area.

- Starting salary of £27k, rising with each promotion (Senior Consultant = £35k)

The Role – Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new and exclusive clients through business development
- Building excellent relationships with your clients
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and managing the full interview process (interview prep, scheduling meetings, passing on feedback, negotiating contracts)
- Building your online brand and attracting relevant people within your network
The Ideal Candidate – Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working in a client facing role, ideally within sales or a corporate setting
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Naturally competitive, demonstrated through a sporting background or a competitive hobby
- Confidence speaking with a range of individuals over the phone
- Financial drive and the need to earn over a basic pay
