The Role – Recruitment Consultant
As an associate recruitment consultant, you will be managing the overall process of attracting, selecting, and appointing suitable candidates for suitable roles.
You Will Be – Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing new talent across Governance
- Regenerating lapsed candidate relationships
- Attending network events
- Managing the candidate through the interview process
- Developing job leads from your candidate network
Competencies and Skills Needed – Recruitment Consultant
- Proactive and able to work independently
- You will be working alongside industry experts with 15+ years of experience within the sector, and aiding them to win new business
- Sourcing candidates using various job boards, networking sites, and referrals
- a degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-player and able to maximise opportunities across desks within the team
- Fast-paced and used to operating with a sense of urgency
- Good attention to detail
