Day-to-day Responsibilities… (Recruitment Associate)
– Candidate Generation: Headhunting, Advertising, Networking, Databases
– Market Mapping & Market Research
– Qualifying and shortlisting potentially suitable candidates
– Sitting in on client meeting and role briefs
– Manage the process between client and candidates, preparing each candidate before interviews and gathering feedback from both parties throughout the process
– Negotiation
Requirements… (Recruitment Associate)
– A recent graduate OR a second jobber with up to three years experience in a different area
– Natural emotional intelligence with the ability to effectively listen and adapt to different situations
– Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
– Motivation, drive and ambition
– Ability to demonstrate commitment and resilience
