Specialising within the property sector, this firm focuses in black and estate management. Working with the top 5% of clients in the UK and US market, you will receive the best exposure and training in how to become an expert in the field.
With an average deal size of £10k, and a very fast-paced market, you should be well on your way to billing £300k within your first couple of years which will see you taking home £100k+ in commission before you know it.

- Base salary of £25k-£30k DOE
- Leading commission structure tiering up to 35%

The Role – Property Recruitment Consultant
For the first 3 months you will work closely with the founder of the business which offers unrivalled exposure to the best within the business. You will shadow her in client meetings and start building your own strong relationships with them.
Once you are through your probation period you will be a full 360 recruiter:
- Conducting business development and winning new clients
- Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting and advertising
- Being the middleman during the process and ensuring it runs smoothly
- Negotiating the best package for your candidates
The Ideal Candidate – Property Recruitment Consultant
- Recently graduated with a 2:2 or above in any discipline
- Ideally a background in sales working towards commissions and targets (not essential)
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Motivated for success
- Competitive nature
- Team player
