The private equity space is a lucrative market, with its high returns and long-term perspective. Our client is a leading firm within the UK, who are set to make the move across the US next year, with offices being set up in New York and San Francisco. This leaves the opportunity for international travel and various opportunities for you!
While behind the scenes large corporations do not seem to struggle with placing the right individuals into their business, what the public doesn’t notice is the research that goes into these strategically important hires. - £25k base salary, £45k OTE in your first year, £67k OTE in your second, £89k OTE in your third
- Base pay increases to £35k after 6 months and £37k after 1-year salary review twice a year

- Researching new candidates through headhunt training, databases, jobs and you’re your network on LinkedIn
