Principal Consultant – Private Equity
We are working exclusively with a client in the private equity, growth credit, and funds space looking to bring in Principal Consultants.
They specialize in growth, strategy and acquisitions of tech companies, and are fully retained.
The Company:
- Currently at 50 heads, with 25 of them being within the research team.
- 8 Million pound billers in the business.
- Working with average fees of £250k.
- Apart from for repeat business, they don’t work with less than £175k.
- All of the Directors have been promoted organically.
- Young and social team.
- Regular social events, and company well being days.
The Role:
- Principal managing consultant, overseeing multiple researchers.
- A full part of the search cycle, from retainer to pitch.
- They are big on personal growth. They will want you to help push the researchers and allow them more autonomy as they develop.
- BD is not required at this level, but will be when you become a Director.
The Numbers:
- They are looking to pay between £55-75k on the base.
- Bonus up to 70% of your annual salary.
- Extra 10% on the profit of clients you have brought in.
- 2 days WFH a week as standard.
