- Starting salary of £28k with a leading commission structure that goes up to 50%
- On target earnings in year one are set to £45k+, year two at £60k+ and year three breaks into six-figures

About the role – Legal Research Associate
- Research the market with view to become an expert in your niche
- Proactively source candidates through headhunting methodology
- Qualify candidates for specific positions and creating shortlists
- Manage the client, taking detailed briefs to meet their expectations
- Manage the process between client and candidate
- Report to senior colleagues and learn your market
Ideal candidate – Legal Research Associate
- Degree educated . (A legal background is desired but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An interest in research as well as the client facing aspects of the role
- Ambitious and career driven
- The ability to work autonomously but responds well to constructive criticism
- Team player – someone who has personal goals but will fit in well with the collaborative culture of the business!
