- £30k base salary
- 2 annual bonuses taking you to £40k OTE
- Transparent career progression and a clear target to become a Consultant (6-12 months)

The Role – Legal Executive Search Consultant
- Conducting research and developing in-depth industry knowledge through market mapping individuals and companies in the core markets
- Building and maintaining great relationships with your clients
- Creating a strong network of senior talent and being able to identify their strengths
- Preparing client reports presenting to your senior team
- Supporting colleagues with their mandates and completing business development as and when it is necessary
The Ideal Candidate – Legal Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Confident and happy to interact with top-level legal professions
- Consultative mindset and commercially aware
- Being fluent in any European language is highly beneficial yet not essential
- Inquisitive and wanting to become an expert in your niche
- Team player
