My client boasts a stellar reputation with both its clients and its employees. Founded over 20 years ago, the company has grown steadily expanding to 4 offices in the UK and 1 in New York with the aim to grow even further and utilize the buoyancy of the market.
The role – IT Recruitment Consultant:
- Build a new desk – IT Contracting and/or Software Development
- Work closely with clients and candidate’s a like
- Grow existing accounts
- Advertise vacancies, social media, networking
- Candidate engagement: Screen CVs, interview candidates etc
- Manage the full 360 process
Coming on board, you will be placing individuals across a variety of sectors in the IT, Media and Engineering industries with an average fee of £15-25K.
The top biller in the business bills between £500-600K, couple that with a lucrative commission structure and the result is a very healthy bank account.
