Our client is a specialist headhunter for clients such as Fortress Investment Group, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Wexford Capital.
As a headhunter for our client, you would be playing a critical role in moving the best front office staff from competitors to clients.

The Core Requirements – Hedge Fund Headhunter – Entry Level
- 1st/2:1 from a top 40 university (ideally in a business-related degree)
- Strong A-Levels or International equivalent results
- Interest in financial markets and hedge funds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence is a must as you will be speaking to very senior individuals
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Experience in a commercial environment is highly desirable (placement year/internships/post-university office work)
The Role – Hedge Fund Headhunter – Entry Level
The day-to-day of your role as a Hedge Fund Headhunter will vary depending on the businesses priorities. Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Conducting market research on LinkedIn
- Headhunting individuals for and pitching specific opportunities
- Attending client pitches and compiling client briefs and job descriptions
- Supporting consultants with intricate mandates
- Complete competitor analysis and salary benchmark for your clients
