What You’ll Be Doing
This is a sales-focused role where you’ll build relationships, solve hiring challenges and become a trusted market expert.
You’ll:
- Build relationships with investment firms and financial clients
- Source and headhunt exceptional candidates
- Manage the interview process from start to finish
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Develop your own client portfolio
- Learn how to win new business and generate long-term partnerships
No two days are the same, and your success is directly rewarded through uncapped commission and rapid progression.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll stand out if you have:
- A 2:1 degree or above
- Strong A-Level results (BBB or above)
- A competitive mindset (sport, societies, sales or other achievements)
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong work ethic and resilience
- The ambition to build a high-earning career
Previous recruitment or sales experience isn’t necessary, They’ll teach you everything you need to know.
