What to expect from this role:
- Communication with clients and candidates, through phone calls, meetings etc to enhance your understanding of their requirements.
- Networking through events, LinkedIn, phone calls to further establish yourself in the market.
- Prepping of candidates for various interview processes, and their knowledge of the industry.
- Researching your market to enhance your understanding, enabling you to become an expert in the field.
