The Role – Graduate Researcher

• Immersing yourself into your clients businesses and really learning what their values/ethos is

• Researching the financial markets and presenting your findings back

• Mapping the candidate market and creating a shortlist for your clients

• Interviewing candidates and really learning to understand what they want

• Working closely with the consultants in the business

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline

• Evidence or hard work and success (e.g., academia, work, extra-curricular etc.)

• Resilient and able to bounce back from failure

• Ambitious and self-driven

• Inquisitive and curious about the business world

• Fluency in any European language is desirable but not essential

• Team player
