Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We are onboarding three 2025 graduates for our client. They focus on Finance Recruitment, working with Asset Management and Hedge Funds.

There is a great network within this space, enabling you to build relationships with major clients in the heart of London.

You will be working all the way up to a C-Suite level, billing fees as high as £250k.

The Incentives – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• £30k base with an increase to £35k once promoted
• 35% commission structure with no threshold
• OTE in year 1 of £55k+

The Job Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Fast-paced sales role that aims to match clients and candidates to make a successful placement
• 180 and 360 recruitment
• Business development and sourcing your own client through headhunting
• Headhunting includes cold calling, social media platforms and advertising
• Middleman between client and candidate, organising interviews
• Negotiating deals and contract

The Ideal Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• 2:1 or above from a top university
• Minimum BBB at A-Level
• Financially driven
• Great work ethic
• Confident
• Strong communication
• Salesy
