About the Company
Our client is a leading international recruitment firm, working with some of the biggest names across Finance, IT, Engineering, and more. With offices in the UK, Europe, and the US, they’re experts at matching talented people with exciting roles and now they’re looking for 3 graduates to join their growing team.
You’ll receive full in-house training, so no prior recruitment experience is needed. From learning how to spot top talent to building relationships with clients, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Writing job adverts and finding great candidates
- Screening CVs and speaking to potential hires
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Bringing on new clients through business Development
- Building relationships with clients and helping them fill key roles
- Working towards targets and earning commission for your success

What We’re Looking For – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- A graduate degree (or 6+ months of sales experience)
- Friendly, outgoing personality and great communication skills
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Competitive, driven, and keen to succeed
- Interested in building a long-term career in recruitment or sales
