Criteria We Need: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

28k base salary, increasing to 32k after promotion
40% commission structure on top of base
OTE in Year 1 – 45k
One-on-one training by the Managing Director
Fast progression – promotion within 6 months – pay rise and more commission!
