- Base salary = £28k (OTE £40K)
- Uncapped commission with no threshold

What the day-to-day looks like: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Market map, and understand trends in the creative and digital markets, and identify top talent
- Attend client meetings and build relationships with your clients and understand their hiring needs
- Reach out to individuals who you think would be a good fit for roles you are hiring for
- Guide your candidates throughout their job search with tailored advice
- Salary & contract negotiation: get the deal closed!

- Degree educated
- Hard working and driven to succeed
