Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Identify and source top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for client vacancies.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
