The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet with clients to understand hiring requirements
- Source and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Write and advertise job postings
- Develop your own professional brand in the recruitment market
About You
- Graduate, or 6+ months of B2B sales experience
- Motivated, ambitious, and organised
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Curious and eager to learn
