Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Founded in 2008, this company is a well established and entrusted recruitment firm placing Tech professionals into the Finance space, for example, placing a Software Engineer into a Hedge Fund. The Highlights: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- 28k base salary + 40% commission on top
- OTE year 1 = 40k+
- Classroom and one-on-one training from top billers and the directors of the business
- Spin the wheel – hit your target and win a prize
- Promotion targets are realistic and are often hit within 5-6 months
- WFH 1-2 days a week after promotion
- 25 days paid holiday a week + 2 weeks during Christmas
- 2x holiday incentives a year – skiing or Marbella

The Job Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Fast-paced sales role that aims to match up clients and candidates in order to make successful placements
- Headhunting, cold calling, advertising and networking to source your candidates and clients
- Study the market and consult clients on hiring
- Setting up interviews and giving tips to candidates on how to answer harder questions
- Negotiate the terms and make a successful placement!
- Get your well-earned commission $$$
