One of the top higher-level recruitment firms in the Finance space, recruiting Associates all the way to C-suite professionals. Working within Private Equity and Investment Banking, the financial services is one of the most lucrative markets in the recruitment world, and they are thriving at the moment! This company just had their best month to date, with their top biller bringing in over 800k. The Incentives: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- 27.5k base salary with an increase to 30k within 6 months
- Base salary + 45% commission structure
- OTE in year 1 of 40k
- WFH 1-2 days a week
- 26 days paid holiday + 1 week off at Christmas
