The Company – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Working across the legal market, you will specialise on the qualified legal desk. This includes working closely with your clients to source the top Private Practice and In-House talent on the market across the globe. With offices in London, New York, and Singapore, there is a lot of opportunity for you to work with international businesses, and the potential for relocation if that was something you were interested in.
As the main values in the firm centre around collaboration, you will work closely with your senior manager who will coach and mentor you from day one. They have been the top performers in the business for the past 3 years running, meaning the exposure you will get is very much unmatched.

- Starting salary of £28k, rising to £30k after probation, and £32k once you get your first promotion (6-12 months)

- Winning new clients through business development
- Understanding hiring criteria and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, and advertising
- Continuously updating the database with new clients and candidates
- Managing the end-to-end interview process
- Negotiating the best package for your candidates
- Building your online brand and presence
- Consistently working towards individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working in a client-facing industry is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals and high-level stakeholders
- Financial drive and desire to earn over a base salary
