Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Our client is a market leading recruitment consultancy agency specialising in Network, Server, Cloud and DevOps, Information Security, IT Operations & Support AND IT Management!

They are on the hunt for 25 Graduate Recruitment Consultants to start in January 2025/Summer 2025, so now is time to get your foot in the door and start earning £££!

You will be enrolled in their specialist academy with a mix of classroom learning and shadowing some of the companies top billers. Six of their board members started out in their academy signifying the companies tenure and structured progression pathway to the top!!

With offices in London, Cardiff, Austin & Frankfurt our client is gearing up for a big growth year in 2025 hence the drive to employ more people.

What you’ll be doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards, to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences, and suitability for different sports-related roles.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organisations, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and sports business developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced consultants, learning from their expertise, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

What they’re looking for in their next Graduate Recruitment Consultants

• University degree
• OR 6+ B2B sales experience
• German speaker is desirable but not essential
• Money motivated
• Competitive nature (e.g. played sports to a high level)
• Good communication skills (on and off the phone)
