Since opening their London HQ in 2005 with just 3 people they have developed their business across the UK, Europe, USA and this month launched a Canada Division!

They’ve had a full refurb of their Bristol Office and opened new luxury offices in London and Manchester, with Miami and Toronto offices opening very soon!- EXCITING TIMES AHEAD!

• Uncapped commission structure with average first year earnings £35- £45k+
• Up to 40% commission on what you bill

What you’ll be doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• Speaking to candidates and generating market intelligence
• Interviewing candidates for their suitability to a role
• Writing tailored adverts to post online
• Identifying candidates to headhunt
• Business Development – cold calling companies
• Building strong relationships with clients to maximise ongoing delivery of candidates
• Making deals and celebrating with the team!

• Degree Educated
• Held a junior professional role
