What you’ll be doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing talent via networking, headhunting and more
- Initiating business development calls to bring in clients
- Build out a presence within your field
- Negotiating terms of business and outcomes for candidates and clients
- Become an expert in the field of Financial Services
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- Attending network events
What they are looking for in their next Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- University degree
- OR 6+ months B2B Sales experience
- Language speakers are desirable (French, Dutch, German)
- Money motivated
- Competitive nature (E.g. played sports to a high level)
- Good communication skills (on and off the phone)
