The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, teaching them the key skills and attributes for success.
- Screen and evaluate candidate CVs to determine suitability for the recruitment industry.
- Understand and assess candidates’ knowledge of recruitment.
- Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and candidate profiles.
- Manage the application process and coordinate candidates’ schedules.
- Draft and post job adverts on various job boards and websites.
- Headhunt potential candidates through social media channels.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and match them to client needs.
