Your Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll dive into the heart of our business, playing a pivotal role in our success. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Client Acquisition: Building a robust portfolio of new clients
- Client Engagement: Attending meetings to understand hiring needs
- Talent Sourcing: Utilising various methods to find top candidates
- Candidate Support: Guiding candidates from the initial call to their placement
- Creative Advertising: Crafting innovative job adverts
- Personal Branding: Developing and maintaining your professional brand
- Relationship Building: Nurturing strong connections with clients and candidates
