The Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and headhunting top talent for our clients. You will receive extensive training on industry technologies and client requirements, equipping you to build strong client relationships and manage candidate applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing client relationships
- Searching databases and sourcing high-quality candidates
- Attracting candidates and managing their applications
- Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the process
- Attending client meetings to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- A degree from a reputable university
- Involvement in extra-curricular activities demonstrating teamwork and leadership
- Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
- A strong drive to become a leading expert in the field
