The Company – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Working across the financial services space, you will specialise in placing the TOP candidates into Private Equity roles within the UK and the US. This firm already have A LOT of business, and plenty of roles that need filling, meaning you will be able to hit the ground running by utilising the company database, and getting candidates into play from day one.

The Benefits – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £26k, rising to £30k when you hit your senior target
- Uncapped commission with a structure rising to 40%
- Clear career pathway, seeing your first promotion with 3-6 months (into a 360 recruitment role)

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
You will join the firm as a delivery consultant, helping your Business Development team source candidates for any live roles:
- Writing and posting job adverts onto job sites such as Milkround/Reed etc.
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward to your clients
- Manging the end-to-end interview process
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
- Closing any deals and earning commission!
- Consistently adding any passive candidates onto the database for any future roles you’re working on
- Working towards your individual targets and KPI’s
The Ideal Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Competitive nature – background in sports/debate/etc.
- Financially driven (with financial goals you’re looking to hit)
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Inquisitive and curious about how business is run
