The Company – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Specialising in the Financial space, YOU will be provided with continuous training to become an expert in the Hedge Fund and Investment Management sector. Located in Central London, with newly refurbished offices that provide employees with a rooftop bar and gym that overlooks St Paul’s there is no better view to have. Founded in 2011 by an individual with over 30 years’ experience in the industry you will be provided with great mentorship to facilitate you in becoming an expert within the sector.
Well known for having employees who bill over £1 million a year, leading to a very generous take home on top of base salary of £250k+ this is a unique opportunity for hardworking individuals who are looking for the correct opportunity to make a name for themselves. Your first promotion will typically be seen in the first 4 months of starting, with a direct pathway to associate director from the get-go.

- £26k base salary with OTE of £65k+ in your first year

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertisement, and networking
- Interviewing candidates and presenting them to clients they’d be a great fit for
- Guiding them through the interview process, providing information and advice on particular processes
- Working on a role from start to finish and receiving commission on the successful placement of an individual
- Becoming an expert within your field, creating excellent rapport whilst building up your network on LinkedIn

- Degree educated
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building

- Previous experience in a sales environment is highly sought after but not necessary
