The role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Write and post job adverts.
- Speak with clients and review CV’s.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Maintain an active LinkedIn profile and network.
- Meet with senior company members to discuss job requirements for candidates.
Requirements:
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Minimum of a 2:1 from a reputable university OR sales experience.
- Driven to succeed.
- Positive attitude.
- Not afraid of a challenge!
