The Company – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Working within the sustainability markets, this business specialises in placing candidates into CleanTech, Mobility, and Future Tech spaces. You will be working with candidates in any way from entry-level to director-level, and you will receive full exposure to the top talent on the market.
Also working closely with the managers and directors of the company you will also receive incredible training to make you a full 360 recruiter with all the tools needed to be successful.
The Benefits – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary of £25k, rising to £28k after 6 months
- Uncapped commission structure up to 45%
- Earning potential of £50k in year one

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Building and maintaining good relationships with your clients
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking and using the company database
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for interviews with clients
- Being the middleman in the process and managing both sides
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate and closing deals
