Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

What’s in it for you as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
- Base salary of at least £25,000 (depending on experience)
- An OTE of £45,000 in your first year alone
- OTE of £65,000 in the second year and £85,000 in the third year

- Generating new business
- Talking to both clients and candidates and nurturing the relationship
- Reading through CVs
- Preparing candidates for the process

- Sporting interest! Played sport or love it!
- University Degree or sales experience or both
- Strong communication skills, with eloquence in the language in both spoken and written form
