Day to day duties of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• Market mapping – Identify the key movers and shakers across the market.
• Market Research – Be as informed as possible; advise candidates with confidence.
• Shortlist – Identify candidates worth targeting for a specific role.
• Headhunting – Be proactive; target the best even if they already have great jobs.

What they are looking for in their next Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• 2:1 or higher from a Russel Group University
• Experience within a research role/degree
• A forward thinking career driven attitude
• A mature approach, self-driven, able to get on with the task at hand
• A consultative approach
• Forward thinking
