Set up by two top performers of their previous firm, you will have access to the best practice in recruitment within the energy trading space. From day one, you will work alongside successful recruiters and partner with exciting firms across the globe.

Sitting on the IT and Technology desk, you will help supply your clients with the best talent in the market. With clients based in the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US, you also have the opportunity to build out the firms presence by opening international offices in any of these areas.

• Uncapped commission from day one – OTE year 1: £55k, year 2: £70k, Year 3: £95k+

The day-to-day – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Cold-calling businesses and pitching your services to win new clients
• Building relationships and understanding your clients values, and what their hiring requirements are
• Candidate sourcing – advertising, headhunting, networking, calling through the database
• Recruitment management – interviewing candidates, shortlisting them for roles, preparing them for interviews, scheduling meetings, passing on feedback, negotiating the best contract for them
• Working towards individual and team output and revenue targets
• Building an online presence and creating relevant content for your network

The Requirements – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Background in sales is a huge bonus, but not essential
• Ambitious and driven to build a successful career
• Financially driven and looking to reach financial goals and targets
• Strong communication skills and confident speaking with stakeholders
