The Role Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Mapping and owning niche areas of the technology market
- Proactively headhunting top-tier tech talent globally
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers, including CEOs and Founders
- Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Running the full recruitment lifecycle from first call to final placement
- Leading negotiations on salaries, contracts and offers
- Closing deals and earning commission from day one
What They Are Looking For: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Graduate from a top 50 university
- Confident, articulate and commercially minded
- Previous sales or commercial experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Extremely ambitious with a strong desire to progress quickly
- Motivated by targets, success and financial reward
- Competitive mindset — sporting or athletic backgrounds are highly valued
