What you’ll be doing – Graduate
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become a specialist within the AI and Data market, helping some of the world’s leading businesses hire exceptional talent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with candidates across Europe and the US
- Headhunting senior and specialist AI, Data and Machine Learning professionals
- Winning and managing client relationships
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to offer
- Negotiating salaries and offers
- Becoming a market expert within one of the world’s fastest-growing sectors
- Working towards individual targets and earning uncapped commission
What we’re looking for – Trainee Graduate
- A recent graduate (or someone with equivalent commercial experience)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Competitive and ambitious mindset
- Resilient, proactive and motivated by success
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Commercial awareness and an interest in technology
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
