Graduate Recruitment Consultant
We are onboarding three 2026 graduates for our client. They focus on Finance Recruitment, working with Asset Management and Hedge Funds.
There is a great network within this space, enabling you to build relationships with major clients in the heart of London.
You will be working all the way up to a C-Suite level, billing fees as high as £800k.
The Incentives: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base with an increase to £30k once promoted
- Extra potential £3k up for grabs during your first 6 months before you’re on min commission structure
- Promotion within 6 months and then on main commission structure of 40% with no threshold
- One on one training from top billers who are billing over a million
- Work from home is target based – bill a certain amount of revenue each month and you’ll get 1-2 days WFH
- OTE year 1 – £45k+, year 2 – £70k+, year 3 – £100k+
- Client meetings with company card twice a week – drinks / lunches / coffees
- Holiday incentives – Dubai, Venice, Vegas, Ibiza
- 3x wellbeing days a year – take the day for an activity of your choice – spa days, family day, marathon,
- Rooftop bar in office – great for after work drinks or office parties
- Beer fridge for early finish Thursdays

The Job Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Dynamic sales-based role, aiming to match up your candidates and clients and make a successful placement
- Bring on new clients through pitching your services and expert knowledge into their market space
- Negotiate the terms of the client relationship
- Find a candidate that is suitable for the client’s company and set up an interview
- Guide them through the process and get them an offer

- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Well educated with a strong understanding of the industry
- Confident communication skills
- Financially driven that will motivate you to work towards commission
- Resilient personality
- Ambitious and money motivated which ensures a drive to succeed
- A team player who will help their colleagues when times get tough
- Competitive personality who will push themselves to aim higher every time
