What the day-to-day looks like: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Become an expert in the UK & US FinTech market and build relationships with exciting and impressive stakeholders
- Advise and consult your clients
- Source brilliant talent for your clients
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, preparing them for interviews and closing deals
- Negotiate high-value placements.

- Base Salary: £28,000
- Uncapped Commission: OTE £55,000 in Year 1, rising to around £70,000 in Year 2
