The role:- Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling potential candidates and clients
- Researching your particular sector, keeping up with trends in the market, and gaining a great insight
- Guiding candidates through the interview process
- Outreaching potential talent/ clients through Linked In, phone calls, and job boards
- Production of advertisements to enhance the quality of candidates applying
