What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Win new business opportunities through sales and business development
- Write engaging job adverts and market live vacancies
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief to placement
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Work towards and exceed revenue targets to maximise commission

Essential Skills & Experience – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated (2:1 or above) OR previous sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly ambitious, competitive, and financially motivated
- Resilient with a strong work ethic
- Confident speaking with clients and candidates
- Career-driven with a desire for rapid progression
- Positive, energetic, and commercially aware
