What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment process while building relationships with clients and candidates across global markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and interviewing high-quality candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from brief to placement
- Building relationships with clients and understanding hiring needs
- Writing candidate profiles and presenting talent to clients
- Developing new business opportunities and growing client accounts
- Negotiating offers and managing candidate expectations
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout
- Earning uncapped commission from your placements
What We’re Looking For – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- A university degree and/or strong sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive mindset with strong ambition and drive
- Financial motivation and desire to succeed
- Confidence, resilience and leadership potential
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude
